Homewood Suites By Hilton Kansas City/Overland Park, Overland Park

I stayed at this hotel for 17 days, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The food had a repetitive rotation and the quality was below par. Ant problems in my room took three complaints before I was offered a new one, and the front desk staff didn’t make me feel valued despite being an honors member. On a positive note, the layout of the suites is great for families, with separate areas for the kitchen and bedroom, making it feel spacious. However, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I won’t be returning.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel, where the spacious rooms were great for my family, especially with a large fridge available. The staff was amazing in accommodating the kids and creating a relaxed atmosphere. However, the hotel could use a refresh, especially in terms of certain amenities, and I noticed some unpleasant odors in the room. Overall, it's a good value for our visit, and I can see us coming back again.

We had a nice stay at the hotel during our visit for a softball tournament. The location made it easy to get around South KC, and the rooms were clean and spacious, which was great for our family. The breakfast was a highlight, and my kids loved the pool. While the hotel is a little dated, we felt it offered good value for money and we would stay here again.
